Downloading videos to tablet/iPad using downcast

Hi Guys,

I am having trouble syncing my macbook iTunes with my iPad I was suggested to use an app called downcast. I found a previous discussion on how to get the videos:

but this no longer seems to work! I want better functionality then having to click on each one and downloading episode by episode.

I can download whole lessons with iTunes podcasts, which I love, but it just doesn't seem to be syncing to my iPad so looking for a better and more reliable way
