Hi Treehouse people.
Any chance of getting a Drupal course in the near future? Started using it, actually a quite cool CMS, but there are so much to learn.
I know there are video tutorials on leveluptuts etc. but I prefer the Treehouse presentation style.
Thanks!

8,817 PointsI would do a Drupal course instantly if there was one. I too would love treehouse to come up with one. It would be fantastic as Drupal is much vast and powerful then Wordpress, and is also one of the dominant CMS's in todays world of web technology and development.
Please teamtreehouse, we hope your are listening.
Thanks!

15,184 PointsUp untill version 7, i really did not like the deleloping part of drupal. It was expanding in an non logical (for me) way. I also hated the way it controlled data entered throught ckeditor, or tinymce. A reall mess for the end result. On the other hand i liked how much power and flexibility it gave to the developer. From what i did read , briefly though, drupal 8 is really what a good cms should be like. Keeping the flexible data model , but adding much better template engine {twig} and at last getting based (and creating) an mvc framework.
So now i really want to learn explore drupal deeply. Treehouse is my favorite learning platform. I hope there is a drupal series here!

8,395 PointsI emailed them and asked - and there is a plan to start offering Drupal next year. I wonder if they are waiting for v8 to come out...

9,585 PointsMy heart has always been with WordPress but Drupal is becoming the norm at the company I work for and government in general, I would love to see a Treehouse rocking a Drupal course. I really look forward to it.

1,061 PointsCouldn't agree more. I'm currently learning Drupal by doing, and it's backbreaking (for me anyway). I run into issues and spend hours on google, forums and youtube to find answers. It's like learning to ride a bike on my own, painful and slow. Whereas, if I had someone there along side me, holding the bike and keeping me up to speed, It'd be a lot less painful and a lot more would be accomplished.
I'd love if TeamTreeHouse had some Drupal courses, and I'm sure tons of others would too.

Email help@teamtreehouse.com with the subject line "Content Suggestion"
They review all emails and make note each month of what students are wanting to see. This helps shape their decisions about content and features in the near future!
