"extra credit" assignments: how do I get credit for having done them?

Is there something to click to show that I've completed the extra credit? It looks like I should be able to get a "star" showing that I did it, but I don't know how to "record" the effort in teamTreehouse.

Also, do I just use the code playground to get the source code to start from?

Hi Nina,

If you look below the video area you will see the word Downloads. Click on that and just below it you will see the words Project Files. Click on that and you will be able to download a Zip File (.zip).

The extra credit assignments are just to challenge us to keep using the skills we've just learned. They aren't graded and you don't get extra points or badges for them.

Here's another thread about this: https://teamtreehouse.com/forum/extra-credit-9
