What can I do to progress, please help me!

I don't see any JavaScript courses in your profile? I do, however, see Java courses (Those are two very different languages).
If you are starting with Java, that is a rather complex language to be beginning with. Unless you have some prior coding experience, I recommend you complete the Digital Literacy Track. This will give you some basic exposure and experience, before you dive into Java.
From the Digital Literacy track, if Back-end coding is where you would like to go, then go back and work through the Learn Java Track, which starts off with the basics and moves systematically through the language and complexity.
