I have a problem with android studio in that when I highlight text that I wish to change the highlighted text is blacked out making it unreadable. How can I change this to something lighter in colour and more readable. Thanks.

1,583 PointsIt was happening in the editor. Had to take the nuclear option and uninstall and then re install Android Studio which was a very messy affair. Thank you for your interest.
