Is there any recommended drawing course (using photoshop or better software) for beginners?

I want to use photoshop to draw some comic (my wish) but currently, I can't even draw! So I'm looking for any recommended drawing course for a very beginner (just think I didn't even touched photoshop and can't get >80 on schools' art class for drawing)

Photoshop is great for manipulating rasterized images (like photographs), but it's not really the best tool for creating new artwork. I've seen folks create things from scratch using it, but that's done with very advanced techniques.

However, Adobe makes another tool specifically for this task called "Illustrator". And you're in luck, because you don't need to be skilled at conventional drawing to make professional-looking illustrations with it.

You might enjoy the Illustrator Foundations course and also Adobe Illustrator for Web Design, both intended for beginners.
