My workspace won't launch as it says I am not authorised

When I open my workspace it just loads for a while then says that I am not authorised however sometimes it takes me to the workspace but only lets me access one of my files. I have opened and closed the browser, logged in and logged out, closed all my tabs and it still won't work what should I do?
