Need Experienced Orlando Dev Shop

I'm looking for recommendations on development shops that can handle large projects ($20,000+) in the Orlando, FL area. Experience with payment processing, PCI compliance, RWD and data security a must. Knowledge of HIPPA laws and the issues around gathering and storing sensitive data a bonus.
