I just received this message, but I have been a member for over a year I think. Then I couldn't login using my usual password.

  2. I couldn't access this part of the site if I wasn't logged in, but reseting the password did help. : )

I apologize for the misunderstanding, I should have been more clear, as there obviously isn't a sign that says that.

I was actually attempting to paraphrase a posting that from the day before by, Elizabeth from Treehouse Customer Support.

Maybe I should leave that part to the pros :wink:

Here's are 2 direct quotes from her post yesterday.

In the future, don't use the Forum for troubleshooting support :) email the Support Team directly at help@teamtreehouse.com
