Few parts of the video in Websites / HTML / Introduction / Hyper Text and the Web is getting getting stragne, and the quality

Yeah, I'm finding that videos buffer REALLY slow so they don't stream properly. Can't learn in 10-30 second increments. It's not a connectivity issue or a computer issue. Anyone else having this problem? I opened a help ticket already

EDIT- Sorry to sound like a troll, I was just frustrated with the videos not working at all rght after sign up. They seem to be doing better now. Thanks.

Thanks Mod. Still doesn't help me. Just means that I'm paying good money for a service that doesn't work. I'm glad to see they're working on it. I'll give the first 30 days a try. Perhaps it will be fixed by then.
