Treehouse Staff: Where's SALT? Update needed.

Hi Treehouse Staff,

I love the videos and am excited about this course, but I have to say the lack of any actual link to the SALT essay is disappointing. From a UX perspective this is terrible: the video says its there, the link says its there...but no such luck.

The questions about when it will be released go back 8 months and I even found a reference online to it being expected to be finished at the end of 2013 - over a year ago.

So where's the SALT essay? If it's not happening, could you update the teacher's notes so people like me don't waste time searching for it? Or could you give an updated ETA? Or a simple, "coming soon, but not available now" kind of message?

This only stands out to me because the rest of the site and it's content are so top-notch. Really good stuff - everywhere I look.

Thanks,

J.D.

Iā€™m still working out the kinks of the site but you should be able to purchase the book here. http://salt.twinforrest.com/ Please email hello@mattyow.com with your mailing address once payment has processed.

The essay SALT by the teacher is available at http://salt.twinforrest.com and at the current time costs $15.

Sidetone: I think it might be appropriate if he provided us an incentive since we are members of Treehouse, but obviously this is up to him. I think the price is fair already, but it might drive continued sales up if a coupon were offered.
