want my treehouse account switched to a Code Oregon account, please.

hello,

i recently re-activated my account with team treehouse ( under my e-mail, my_biz@me.com ), to take advantage of Code Oregon ( which you partner with at codeoregon@teamtreehouse.com ).

to let you know, yes, i have all ready gone to the oregon employment worksource office in southeast portland, 7916 SE Foster Road, Suite 104, Portland, Oregon, 97206, (503) 772-2300, and signed up and filled out all the necessary paperwork with them to properly register and be part of the Code Oregon resource learning for oregon employment worksource clients. that is all completed, i am completely signed up with them, you can contact them to verify this, and my oregon worksource i.d. number with them is: 2566046.

your system is now asking me to update payment information to use team treehouse. could you please just switch my account, under my e-mail my_biz@me.com, over to a Code Oregon account without my having to re-register another user name, e-mail and password please? i would prefer to use just this account with you.

again, you can verify i am now completely part of the Code Oregon program with oregon employment worksource, my oregon worksource i.d. number with them is, again: 2566046.

please work this out so i can use my account under my e-mail with you, my_biz@me.com, as a Code Oregon account, paid for by the state of oregon employment worksource.

For something like this you should probably message Treehouse Support directly. You can click on the icon in the lower left hand side of this screen or go to http://teamtreehouse.com/support. I inquired about this same issue and received a fairly prompt response with a good explanation. I'm sure they'd be happy to hear from you and discuss your account with you.

austin - thanks, but i all ready did that. i got an automated response back saying if i want a faster response, post here in the forums. which is why i posted here.

Weird- sorry to cause a bit of redundancy there. I did get a response and in short it said they can't transfer an existing account to a Code Oregon account.
