What are "Destination Pages"?

In "Wordpress for Website Owners - Content Strategy Video", Zac mentions 'Destination Pages' and their child pages in context of making the site map.

He gave no explanation of what these pages are. Can anyone clarify? Thanks

Hi Josh,

In this context the destination pages are referring to the Tourism website travel destinations discussed in the course overview. Here's the summary below the video:

*For this project we will start with a Treehouse Tourism Website. This site will include a number of different types of content: posts, pages, custom post types, media and contact forms. These elements represent the most common types of content a WordPress website owner will deal with on a regular basis. *

Hope that helps :)

Looks like I'm the poster child for "whatever you do: don't skim past the intro video and jump right into the course" ;) thanks

Let this be an example to all of you out there!

Haha, no worries. I was trying to word it carefully :)
