What track/course is best to start on after completing the Front-End Development track?

I am currently on the Front-end Development track and am almost done, so I am curious on what I should take next.

My goal is to get into some back-end programming and learn more about adding databases to websites.

I would compliment what you have learnt with some of the non track front-end courses and maybe a project of your own to really engrain you're new skills. When you are really comfortable with front-end, move onto the back-end.

Hi Emanuel, you could for sure do that. You might check out the Web Design or PHP Development track. There's also the Database Foundations course.

My recommendation would be to top off your development skills with the Web Design track, then if you wanna get into backend development, you should totally check out Rails

Cool thanks guys. I was thinking about just jumping straight into some backend programming, but i think it will be better to practice my front-end until I am comfortable.

You might also look into the courses on development tools.
