JavaScript DOM Scripting By Example Editing and Filtering Names Filter Invitees Who Have Not Responded

When I click the filtercheckbox it hides everything correctly, but when I click it again it does not unhide the names

The change event for the filterCheckbox only works once. When I click it again it does not work. can somebody help me?
