Most of the later courses I've seen here continue to refer to the Mozilla Developer Network

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS

You can always go to the source, the WWWConsortium

http://www.w3.org/html/

http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/

I 2nd what Darren said MDN is my goto resource.

If you are a visual person and like to have a physical book in front of you checkout:

HTML and CSS: Design and Build Websites by Jon Duckett

It's an awesome intro and reference to CSS and HTML, I highly recommend it.

Hi,

You can find the HTML and CSS courses in the Library which you can sort by difficulty and start with the basics.

The Learn HTML and Learn CSS sections of w3schools are great for starting out and an ongoing reference tool.

As Darren and Chris have mentioned you can also use the Mozilla Developer Network which has a HTML and CSS section.

Hope that helps.
