Treehouse offers no kind of certification or graduation. As to whether you will be able to get a job depends on how much you learn in your chosen field. Take web developer you could have all the certificates in the world but a potential employer would ideally want to see something you have developed thus showing you are capable of the role you are applying.

You can also think of your profile page on here as an asset to show to employers that you have X, Y and Z knowledge in what ever subject.

So to clarify learn as you are now, then puts these skills into action creating things that you can show off to employers. Treehouse are arming you with the knowledge to become what you want to be. Also take a look at the job board

The best way to get out there is to be seen, to answer questions and to show your work. You need a thorough LinkedIn profile, portfolio, and social media skills. If you are more heavy into code, then be active on GitHub, if you are more into graphic/web/app design, be active on Dribbble, Behance, etc. Be active in the field you are choosing to go into, on Google+, Facebook and Twitter.
