Workspace Does Not Display Twig Templating Project

Dear @alenaholligan, please help me understand IF the Templating with Twig project was designed to work with workspaces, and if so, how to properly configure files so that I can work on all pages. Here is a snapshot of the project. FYI: I can setup the project on my localhost development environment without much issue, but I don't fully understand auto_reload, cache or debug well enough to manipulate the .htaccess file~

As you can see in the videos. in this course Alena is running the project locally on her computer. I recommend you do as well. You should not need to write an .htaccess file for this project.
