Workspaces is incredibly irritating to use!

I find this can happen sometimes on any software or hardware that requires text input. It sounds to me (and I appreciate I could easily be very wrong about this) it might be a computer hardware or connection problem.

However if you're still having problems you'd be more likely to reach Treehouse support if you email help@teamtreehouse.com or contact them via the "support" button on the left navigation bar on the Treehouse app.

We in Support haven't been ignoring anyone's complaints or feedback on Workspaces or any other part of the site. Please understand that there are times where we simply don't have an immediate solution, especially when we can't replicate the problem on our end.

I've also ran a search on your name and email in our ticket platform and I don't see you've that you've sent us an email. Did you try contacting us from a different name and/or email address?

I did not send you an email, I was referring to topics like this one: https://teamtreehouse.com/community/treehouse-workspaces-very-slow-and-unresponsive that concerned the same issue and had no response. Either way, you are not helping! Do you have a solution or not?

Please send us an email at help@teamtreehouse.com and share some additional details such as the OS, browser and network type you're using. This'll give us something to work with and share with our developers.

Just so you are aware, we have not received any reports of timeouts or slowness with Workspaces today nor have I personally experienced anything like you described in your initial post but we'd like to try and troubleshoot this for you. :)

I haven't experienced any issues with Workspaces either.
