WP SMTP email security problems

I'm trying to setup WP SMTP but when I tried to send out a test email, I couldn't do it, and I received a notification from google (my email server provider) saying that it is not safe to allow this app. What should I do?

Carlos Alfaro I had the same problem then I came across a post on TeamTreeHouse: link post in gmail you have to enable “Less Secure Apps” secure app access and "turn on". Normally it should work now, for me it did.
