Overview

Treehouse is seeking a driven Full-Cycle Account Executive who excels in a results-oriented sales environment aimed at achieving sustainable growth. Our Account Executives are empowered to build, expand, and manage their own client portfolios. With a base salary and an uncapped commission structure, you have the opportunity to directly influence your earnings through your performance.

As a Full-Cycle Account Executive at Treehouse, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for expanding our impact by building and managing your own book of business. This role encompasses the complete sales process, from lead generation to the final close, capitalizing on your B2B sales expertise. You will also engage directly with senior leadership to strategically identify and capitalize on market opportunities, ensuring a collaborative approach to growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, nurture, and execute strategies for a select list of contacts that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Skillfully manage the entire sales cycle, from initiating discovery calls to securing deal closures, while aligning key stakeholders and delivering compelling presentations of our offerings.
  • Actively prospect new business opportunities and navigate the sales process from initial contact to successful closure.
  • Conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers via Zoom to educate them about various coding languages and courses, tailored to their needs.
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to identify and engage potential clients, effectively boosting our sales pipeline.
  • Foster enduring relationships with key decision-makers through strategic outreach efforts, including cold calling and professional networking.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and manage the sales pipeline within Hubspot.
  • Consistently meet and surpass monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven ability to hunt and close new business.
  • Proficiency in using Hubspot CRM and familiarity with conducting sales in a SaaS or EdTech environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to self-generate at least 15 new opportunities per month.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a knack for problem-solving and multitasking.
  • A results-driven mindset with a creative approach to the sales process.
  • Adept at leveraging digital tools to enhance your outreach and efficiency.
  • Experience working independently in a remote setting.
  • A strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
