Courses for back end Web Development

I am currently on the Web Development track and I would like to learn backend web development any courses/tracks I should look at after I have finished my Web Development track?

There are tracks for Ruby, and for Rails, and C# and PHP — all well-establlished back-end languages. And there's also the more recent Python. And what was once primarily a front-end language but is now beginning to be used more and more for back-end is well covered by Full Stack Javascript.
