Do you have courses for Microsoft c#?

I am new to this site and I want to know if there is a course for Microsoft C#

I don't work for Treehouse, but after looking through their tracks and library, I don't believe that they do have any C# courses. It would be nice if they added them someday, but in the meantime, Pluralsight (paid) and Microsoft Virtual Academy (free) are probably your best options.
