5,459 PointsForum Update: Content Tags
Howdy friends,
A new feature was just added to the Forum to help you ask better questions and find answers more easily: content tags!
Now when you're viewing a Video, taking a Quiz, or working on a Code Challenge, you can ask questions about it in the forum directly from the page you're on. You'll see something like this:
This link will open a modal so you can ask a question about the Video, Quiz, or Code Challenge you're currently on. Then, when you're browsing the forum, you will see a new content tag under your post:
By clicking on the content tag, you can also filter by that piece of content to see all of the questions asked about that particular item.
We hope this helps you get the answers you need! As always, if you have any suggestions, comments, or anything else to share, please let us know.

39,199 PointsI haven't seen much usage of this feature since it's come out, instead seen questions about a specific code challenge that doesn't use the feature. Maybe the UX of it could be tweaked for a higher "task completion" rate, what do you think Jeremy Jantz?

23,287 PointsI agree James. I've been talking to Tyson who designed it and he's aware of the issue. Thx :-)

52,045 PointsThank you, by the way - How about making it easier to get the filter button, BEFORE the question button? I felt "you can also filter by that piece of content to see all of the questions asked about that particular item." should come first, or together with "you can ask questions about it in the forum directly from the page you're on"

39,199 PointsI concur, that would be a great UX improvement.
