    especially if it's like a public thing or even if it's on your internal company Internet,

    and a lot of people are going to want to access it from the mobile devices

    or the iPad or tablet or whatever, then yeah.

    I think it's so easy actually to go ahead and just start out making the site responsive

    especially with a lot of the newer CSS frameworks that already come with responsiveness built-in.

    There's just really no reason that you shouldn't make a site responsive at this point.

    I think it's not really a fad--I think it's very quickly becoming a standard that's here to stay.

    Yeah, I would definitely make a website responsive as soon as I'm starting out.
