Android Android Tools Using Git for Android Saving to a GitHub Repository

“fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories)”

When i did git commit -m "initial commit" it showed me the error “fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories)”

You have to be in the directory of the project you're working on.
