17,030 PointsHe likely had that saved to his clipboard and pasted it in when needed. There is no default shortcut that does what he did in the video.

4,471 PointsWith copy and paste, there is no "shortcut" for that, except you create a function in Atom Editor for it. But usualy you should only use once the <h1> header because of SEO (Search Engine Optimization aka Google).
