I am trying to connect to cyberduck with my mac but I keep getting a message that says Connection Failed! Thanks

Im trying to connect to cyberduck but I keep getting a message that says Connection refused. The connection attempt was rejected. the server may be down, or your network may not be properly configured?

Any help would be appreciated. I have been trying to figure this out for the last 24 hours.

Have you tried connecting while in passive mode?
