Swift_TransportException

I have added my email address instead of 'treehouse@localhost'. It is throwing the following error when I submit the form

Process could not be started [The system cannot find the path specified. ]

Is it because I am running the code from localhost?

I am getting the same error and also am running from localhost using XAMPP. Were you able to find a fix?
