So close. append() is a method, so it has parentheses, not brackets:

    switch key {
    case "BEL", "LIE", "BGR" : europeanCapitals.append(value)
    case "IND", "VNM" : asianCapitals.append(value)
    default: otherCapitals.append(value)
    }

P.S., the other way to add a value to an array would be:

case "BEL","LIE","BGR": europeanCapitals += [value]

Both ways work in a playground, but this one doesn't work in the challenge. Here you do use brackets.
