Almost!

if (lastName.charAt(0) <='m')

In this line you are checking for a lower-case m, but last names usually start with an upper case M. With the latter the Editor will be happy!

Z comes after M

In programming 'm' (lower case) is not the same as 'M' (upper case).

In ASCII 'm' actually comes after 'Z'. It goes: A, B, C, D ... X, Y, Z then a, b, c, ... x, y, z. So 'm' has a higher value than 'Z'. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ASCII#ASCII_printable_code_chart

Wow. Would have never known. Thanx y'all!
