CSS Framework Basics Prototyping with Bootstrap Building a Header, Navigation, and Jumbotron Component

about the <!--[if lt IE 9]> condition files

hi, I just want to make sure i get this right - on all the videos about bootstrap the teachers just download some formatted html basic file which contains those lines:

<!-- HTML5 shim and Respond.js IE8 support of HTML5 elements and media queries -->
<!--[if lt IE 9]>
  <script src="../../assets/js/html5shiv.js"></script>
  <script src="../../assets/js/respond.min.js"></script>
<![endif]-->

but it seems like the paths are incorrect and lead to the original downloaded files/folders and not the actual work folder that they use.

we're supposed to change those paths, right? thanks.
