How we can find out how many users we have,, Is there any command where we can pull out user's list.

You can check the file /etc/passwd.

cat /etc/passwd

Alternatively you can use a command like:

cut -d: -f1 /etc/passwd

It will filter away a lot of irrelevant information from the query.
