C# ASP.NET MVC Basics Controllers Using Action Result Types

ActioResult question not compiling does not make sense

Not sure I understand whats required?

VideoGamesController.cs 
using System.Web.Mvc;

namespace Treehouse.Controllers
{
    public class VideoGamesController : Controller
    {
        public ActionResult Detail()
        {
            return new ActionResult()
            {
                Content = "Welcome to the Video Game Detail page!" 
            };
        }

"Content" is a method, so you can invoke it with parentheses and just pass in the "Welcome to.." string.

Content() returns a ContentResult which is a subclass of ActionResult, so you don't need to instantiate a new ActionResult. You can just return the result of the Content method.
