C# ASP.NET MVC Forms Finishing Our CRUD Web App Partial Views

add a call to the Html.Partial form - I am not sure how to make partial calls

I watched this video and did not understand how to make calls with the Html.Partial method

I put this: Html.Partial("_IssueForm")

under <h2>@ViewBag.Title</h2>

And it worked for me.
