There are 2 really small and difficult to notice issues in this. 1) You've placed the period on the outside of the quotation marks and 2) You forgot to put your semicolon after the alert() function. You're code should look like this:

var isAdmin = true;
var isStudent = false;
if ( isAdmin ) {
  alert("Welcome administrator." );
}
