Task 3 is essentially just like the previous tasks except you add two decorators in the same step.

The decorators themselves are just like the others you've already added except for the names.

where exactly should i put it?

Just like the first two, the instructions tell you which properties to add the decorators to. For task 3, one goes with the PrecipitationChance property and the other goes with the PrecipitationAmount property.
