JavaScript JavaScript Basics (Retired) Making Decisions with Conditional Statements Add an Else If Clause

adding else if clause to test if "isStudent" is true then display alert dialog. keep getting syntax error? help

tried everything, cant seem to get passed this one. please advise.

var isAdmin = false;
var isStudent = true;

if (isAdmin) {
    alert('Welcome administrator');
} esle if (isStudent) {alert('Welcome student');

wow (facepalm) never mind i figured it out.

Hi branding everything is fine with your code. except the spelling of the else. you might have made a typo. I hope this helps
