adding false to the else statement?

hello!

When adding else ( correctGuess === false) or using:::: else (!correctGuess) the code seems to not work. Does adding the code false to else negate a conditional statement set by true earlier in the code?

Thank You

else has no condition. It is what executes when all previous (if, else if) conditions are false.
