Adding to List of Friends?

10 minutes in to the 'Adding Recipients' video I'm seeing that the tutor has a full list of friends already added to his app. I just have the three I began with.

I can go ahead with signing up more users via my app, but before I do, I just wanted to check whether I might have missed the video where he added to the list?

Can anyone please confirm whether it was/wasn't covered in an earlier vid?

You can add them he just skipped that part so you wouldn't have to sit though it.
