Aesthetic Foundations Updates?

I feel this course is way outdated, most of the sites shown in the video has been updated too. Is there any plans to update this course?

Nick Pettit To follow this question - Is there an update planned now?

Hey Michael Choi - I'd suggest giving the "Understanding Aesthetics" stage in the recently launched Design Foundations course a look. Mat Helme does a nice job with it.

How is a course on the fundamentals of art out dated?

Hi James, I understand the context of this course but none of the sites referred from the video match up to its current design, just saying that it would be better to match with current fundamental of designs that is referring to so I can get a better feel for it when I am visiting those sites.

The way I think of it, is like a book on architecture. If you are looking at a book that is talking about the fundamentals of architecture and they include images of buildings and reference the physical location of those buildings. If you then decided to visit one of those buildings because it was in the city you lived in, the book doesn't become less helpful when you realized that architectural feature has been changed on that particular building.
