Android Build a Simple Android App (2014) Getting Started with Android Creating the Fun Facts Project

After creating Fun Facts I get to a page that sais "No files are open" and all the options in the menu are gray

with no option to click on it. what should I do?

I think on a Mac you press cmd+O - Windows is probably Ctrl+O - does that give you anything?

No nothing is happening.In background "Gradle : Resolve Dependencies ': classpath' is showing on the screen.
