After downloading Java to my computer it isn't showing as a folder.

Hello. I just downloading android studio and Java to my computer. Android Studio shows up as a folder but Java doesn't. My issue is that I can't find out what the variable value is.

Java should show up as an executable file (.exe) not a folder, just double click it and go through the installation wizard to install it.
