After uninstalling and reinstalling Android studio, I still can't open the emulator

I've downloaded all the plugins and everything. It has told me something different overtime. First it said that It failed to load the emulator. I reinstalled everything then it said that the HAXM is not working. I do not know how to change the settings on that. Someone please help.
