again, am I missing a typo??

it keeps saying 'bummer try again' even though (please correct me if I'm wrong) this code doesn't have any noticeable mistakes on my end. Appreciate the feedback.

Looks good, just be wary of where in the document your code is. It may be referring to objects before defining them.
