All tests won't run in IntelliJ?

I'm following along in the video and I noticed that only the tests that I have a window focused on will run when I do ctrl-r. I have tried shift-ctrl-r as well, but it won't run all tests at once.

Does anyone know what's going on?

If you really want a keyboard shortcut, you might have to make your own. Check here for one way.
