Allow PHP 5.4 style answers

Although the course is correct - it should allow PHP5.4 style answers for this:

$letters = array();
$letters[] = 'D';

This should also be valid:

$letters = [];
$letters[] = 'D';

Or even just:

$letters[] = 'D';
