Alternate solution to declare if invader scored?

I would use another Path class property

public MapLocation Endpoint => _path[_path.Length - 1];

and then in Invader class public bool Hascored => Location== Endpoint ? true : false;

could be this used, I see no problem with that and it is more natural for me, but not sure if I did not break something in encapsulation
