Not sure what I'm doing wrong? I think it's declaring the external class with the links? Not sure...

Hey, it is easy class name="external" attribute="target" value="_balank"

you have to use "attr()" method syntax for that method is like this {class or id} . attr(attribute,value);

so answer is $(".external").attr("target","_blank");
