An RGB color value defined in hexadecimal notation uses:
Anyone have a clue as to what it is?
An example of an RGB value using hexadecimal notation would be #fff or #ffffff. Notice that this example, which is white, can be set-up with either three or six hexadecimal characters. Another example would be black, which can be either #000 or #000000.
